SUPPORT MOUNT MIGUEL HIGH SCHOOL

Mount Miguel has numerous academic and athletic programs that are designed to improve student achievement, promote positive behavior and encourage students to get involved in their community.

As a community member, parent or friend of Mount Miguel High School, you can help support us in several ways.

WAMOOLA FOR SCHOOLS

An easy way to make a difference for schools

Consider it a no-brainer: a simple way to support your local schools every time you buy something. Just enroll your Washington Mutual Debit MasterCard® in the WaMoola for Schools program.

  • Enroll and earn a point with every purchase you make using your Debit MasterCard®—use your card for groceries, movies, travel and everyday expenses.
  • At the end of the year, points are converted to a cash donation from Washington Mutual.*
  • Eligible schools can use their donation for books, supplies, repairs, special events or whatever it needs most—no guidelines are attached.
  • You pay nothing to enroll, and schools have no limits on the points they can earn. Call 1-866-WAMOOLA for more information,

TARGET - TAKE CHARGE OF EDUCATION

The Take Charge of Education® program is intended to benefit K-12 schools located in the U.S. having a 501(c)(3) or 509(a)(1) tax-exempt status.

How the Program Works

  • Target® Visa® Credit Card, Target Credit CardSM and eligible Target Business Card® accounts can sign up for the Take Charge of Education program by calling 1-800-316-6142 or by visiting Target.com/tcoe or an in-store kiosk. The primary cardholder of a Target Check CardSM can sign up for the Take Charge of Education program by calling 1-800-316-6142.
  • Designate an eligible K-12 school, and Target donates an amount equal to one percent (1%) of your Target Visa Credit Card, Target Credit Card, Target Check Card or Target Business Card purchases (minus returns and sales tax) at any Target store and Target.com, and one-half percent (1/2%) of your Target Visa Credit Card purchases made (not including cash advances, balance transfers, and purchases of other cash equivalents, and minus returns and sales tax) everywhere else Visa credit cards are accepted.
  • Target will track purchases made on participating Target Visa Credit Cards, Target Credit Cards, Target Check Cards and Target Business Cards and will distribute the accumulated donations to schools in March and September.

General Conditions

  • Only one school may be designated for each Target Visa Credit Card account, Target Credit Card account, Target Business Card account and Target Check Card. For the Target Check Card, only the primary cardholder can designate the K-12 school, and that designation will apply to any authorized users. For the Target Business Card, only the primary contact on the account can sign up and designate the K-12 school to receive the donation.
  • Schools must meet the eligibility requirements described above.
  • Donation amounts begin to accrue when the school designation is processed. The school donation will only be made for Target Visa Credit Card accounts, Target Credit Card accounts and Target Business Card accounts in good standing at the time donations are distributed to eligible schools. The school donation will only be made for Target Check Cards that have no unpaid electronic fund transfers at the time the donation is distributed to the eligible schools.
  • School donations through the Take Charge of Education program are not tax-deductible.
  • Target Business Card accounts can sign up to participate in the Take Charge of Education program only if they are an educational organization and obtain approval from Target to participate in the program.
Checks will not be mailed to schools if the payout is less than $25 (payouts under $25 will carry over to the next payment period). Checks must be cashed before the expiration on the check. Checks are considered rejected if not cashed by their expiration.
  • Target reserves the right to discontinue or alter the terms of this program at any time.
